 ABOUT

Mariah Nonnemacher grew up in a small town in the Deep South called Mulberry, Arkansas with a rough estimate of 400 people, seeing as the population sign hasn't been changed in years.

Despite growing up in a small town she found her love for the Cinema at the local Mall Trio, on Garrison Avenue, where her mom would drop off her and her little sister Miranda while she worked at the eye glass shop down a few stores over.  This cinema was cheaper than a babysitter and became her second home. Only $1 to get in and on Thursdays you could trade a canned good for free entry.  Its here she watched the classics, films from the 1950's, Westerns, Kung Fu and all those 'artsy' french Independent films that others would laugh and say,  "just weren't interested in that sorta thing."

The love never stopped, she went on to make her own films, and found that there was nothing in the world she'd rather be doing.  She went on to be accepted into a number of acting schools around the country, but landed at OKCU.  She became a first generation college student and graduated with Bachelors in Fine Arts at Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma, USA.  It wasn't enough.  She longed for the adventure she saw in the movies she grew up on and her growing aspirations to learn more.  Growing up with little to no means she set out to make it happen.  After graduation she learned Chinese and moved to shanghai to work in a Film Company called Lost Pensivos Films. With her new found confidence and independence she worked up the courage to  audition for dream acting school The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, England.  It was her dream to be an alumni next to those such as Martin Freeman, Judy Dench, Harold Pinter, and Kit Harrington.

Mariah graduated with her Masters in Acting for Screen in 2015 with marks of Distinction in her first official film 'Washed Away' that she wrote, directed, and preformed in.  She is currently living in London and signed with Imperium Management and sharing her art in any form it presents itself in.
